1. The coupon is for all rooms in a home and steps are not considered a room.

2. We use a special treatment to clean steps, its not the dirt that make steps dirty its the oils from our feet that do. We use a special enzyme to emulsify the oils and we extract them out. That means your carpets will stay cleaner longer and will be hygienically cleaner.  

Steps are half off with a coupon in hand, we include the enzyme pretreat with the steps. Most companies will offer steps at $2-$4 per step and charge a extra $2 per step for treatment (Bait Switch) and will not tell you over the phone. We include treatment at $4/step with coupon voucher.

3. Steps are harder to clean and take much longer than a normal room does.  

What if I do not have that much carpet and I have area rugs, are they included?

Yes, if you want to throw in a area rug we will honor it with your coupon. Except for wool then it would be extra at a discounted price with a voucher in hand. Wool is a natural fiber and takes special treatments to clean.

What area's are covered in the coupon? Are closets included?

All wall to wall carpeting and yes closets are included. Steps and wool rugs are not included. 

What types of homes would qualify for option #1 (Any home up to 2500sqft)

- Ramblers (most of them)

What types of homes qualify for option #2 ( Any home up to 5000sqft)

 - 2 Story homes

What if my home is over 2500sqft but just want my upper level cleaned , will option #1 still work?

Yes, we will honer a LivingSocial coupon (Home up to 2500sqft) if your just cleaning one level. Example 4 bedrooms, hallway and loft or office.  We have two differnt coupons because of home sizes.  Larger homes (most 2 storys) have larger area's and there is a lot more labor involved vs a rambler or split level home.

Is this Residue Free Cleaning?

   We only clean using fresh clean water in our fresh water tank and do NOT mix soap and detergent in our water.  Mixing soap or using detergent leaves residue behind and is not hygienically good.  We use emulsifiers to combat the dirt and extract out with 240 degrees of steam using the number #1 van powered truck mount cleaning system (The Butler system).  

Are you Environmentally friendly?

   We are environmentally friendly and we do NOT dump our dirty water on your driveway or on the street reason why:

1. In some cities its not allowed and is mandated.

2. When you extract all the dirt , oils, urine etc that are heated up to 240 degrees as we are cleaning and dumping it , the smell is horrible and is a nuisance to neighbors and pedestrians.

3. We are trying to keep the environment in mind and dispose the of waste water properly.

Scheduling

1. If you already bought a coupon and want services with in a couple weeks, call and book (first come first serve).  We opperate 7 days a week.

2. If you already bought a coupon and want to schedule a certin day and its full, get on our cancellation list. Becaues cancellations can happen.

3. If your looking to book  2-4 months out, call 3 weeks prior for us to get you on a day that works best for you.

4. This coupon is good through 12/11/13, we will still honor coupons after that so if your looking to book next summer the coupon is still good if you schedule before the expiration date. 

What to do before your appointment

1.  We do move light furniture. We do not move electronics, breakables,beds,dressers or any heavy objects with unstable legs.  If you want those areas cleaned we ask you to move them before we get there.  If you are disabled we can help you to a certin point.

2. If there are any other services you want additional to the coupon (furniture,tile & grout cleaning,air ducts etc..) please mention when you book so we can have ample time to complete your job.

3. We have a contract with LivingSocial, any extra services that you add on during scheduling you will receive a 20%-30% discount . This is a one time only discount.
